GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS:

1. RESERVATIONS

Booking is considered as definitely confirmed on receipt of the deposit. The deposit has to be paid within 8 days from the reservation.

2. PAYMENT

30% of the total renting amount is to be paid in advance by bank wire or credit cards. The total payment of the renting amount, other additional costs and a deposit of Euro 150, 00 (cash) must be paid on arrival at check in.

3. ARRIVAL

Arrival will be on the established date between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. In case of delay, please notify the Management in time. Otherwise the suite will be kept available for another day only, after that the suite could be rent to others. On arrival all the guests' documents must be shown for registration. 150 € Deposit must be paid in cash at arrival to guarantee the good use of the Apartment

4. RULES DURING THE STAY

It is forbidden to lodge more people than the sleeping accommodation available indicated in the offer. Children are considered as adults. Baby-beds for children under 3 years are available (to be booked in advance). Each suite as has a parking space for one vehicle only. Small pets may be accepted, but only after prior authorisation from the Direction, but can not be brought to the beach. All guests have to respect the rules of the residence, particularly the rest hours in the afternoon (01.00 p.m. – 03.00 p.m.) and at night (11.00 p.m. – 7.30 a.m.). Not observing these rules can result in the immediate termination of the contract.

5. FURNISHING AND APPLIANCES SUPPLIED WITH THE SUITE

All suites are provided completely furnished and equipped with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, washer, telephone, television, hairdryer, dishes, and cutlery and pots. Each bed is provided with sheets, a blanket and pillow. The bathroom has towels.

6. DEPARTURE

The suite must be left free at 10.00 a.m. of the departure date. The kitchen-corner has to be left clean and free from garbage, refrigerator empty, turned off and open. On request, the Direction can allow anticipated departures; in this case it reserves to withhold the deposit paid that will be sent back by post after having checked the apartment condition. In case of anticipated departure, guest is not refunded.

7. GUARANTEE

Guests guarantee to take good care of the suite and household appliances. Claims for the condition of the suite and the inventory have to be notified in the 24 hours after arrival. Any breakage or damage will have to be refunded as per price list. To guarantee the observance and respect of the above, a deposit of Euro 150, 00 will be requested. This deposit will be given back after having checked out the flat only.

8. LIABILITY

Aparthotel Gioia is not liable for any breakage, accident, loss, theft, delays and inconvenience in general that could occur during the customer's stay. It will, however, help its guests to solve any problem that may arise.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the stay the customer will lose the deposit.
